Position:
The role of the warehouse supervisor (dock foreman) is to make sure all orders/product are thoroughly inspected (quality and quantity) to meet our customer's standards before being delivered.

Duties:

• Inspect all product thoroughly
• Inspect, sticker, and rotate all products as needed
• Send quality issues via email with attached pictures/documents
• Set all quality issues aside in quarantine in the respective temperature zone
• Pull product correctly, from top of racks, and safely, pulling no more than 20 pounds without the correct equipment
• Assist other warehouse managers as needed
• Enforce safety rules and regulations
• Insure all equipment is being charged
• Inspect trucks

Abilities/Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds
• Must have valid ID
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
• One year of supervisor position preferred
• Bilingual

Primary Responsibilities

The Warehouse Selector is responsible for accurate and efficient selection of product in our warehouse. The Warehouse Selector is also responsible for the proper preparation of shipments to our customers from the warehouse.

Essential Functions

• Pick up proper selecting documents prior to order selection process.
• Select and separate warehouse product by account and stop number as designated by the computer-generated label.
• Match product description with label description.
• Build pallet within the warehouse according to customer guidelines.
• Maintain production standards, while minimizing errors.
• Transport, via stand-up electric pallet jack, the completed orders to appropriate staging area in the warehouse.
• Return completed selecting documents to proper collection site per specifications of the Shipping Department in the warehouse.
• Other warehouse duties and special projects as requested.
• Must maintain good attendance.
• Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse.
• Maintain safeguards of confidential warehouse company information.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

• High School Diploma or GED
  required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere preferred. Will train
• Previous experience operating powered warehouse industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) preferred. Will train
• Must have the ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.
• Must have the ability to follow safe warehouse working practices, as instructed
• Must have the ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision within the warehouse.

This is a day shift order selector position responsible for combining all the items ordered by each customer so that their bulk product, splits, and retail items are together. This position operates and maintains equipment associated with warehouse activity and performs other related duties as required. Overtime hours, working weekends and holidays, and starting at various late evening start times are required in order to successfully meet customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Must ensure customer satisfaction by shipping the correct product, a quality product, correct product quantity, and proper loading to protect the product.
• Make sure all produce loaded goes in the correct vehicle in the correct sequence. All product loaded must be transported without damage. Train handlers in proper method of loading trucks.
• Maintain a minimum pulling standard of 100 cases per hour.
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
• Responsible for all products shipped on the vehicle. Must identify all products according to size, origin, and count before loading.
• Must contact the Supervisor immediately if there is any doubt about the quality of a product.
• Load pallets of product from the last stop to the first.
• Ensure all specialty items receive additional attention to promote customer satisfaction.
• Know the correct shipping procedure for items sold/shipped.
• Circle all items not in stock. Contact your manager for substitutes and make all proper subs.
• Make sure when trucks are loaded, a space is left on top. The air should not be less than one foot in depth, front or rear.
• Standing water must be mopped up immediately.
• Strictly adhere to all safety rules.
• Perform other tasks as requested by management.
• Responsible for working until relieved by a Manager.

This may require working longer than your scheduled work hours.

Equipment Operation and Management

• Conforms to appropriate equipment (i.e. tugs, forklifts, pallet jacks) operation rules and practices in an effort to reduce accidents and injuries.
• Ensures that assigned equipment is maintained and clean and reports repair or service needs to the equipment mechanic in an effort to reduce equipment damage.
• Observes all safety rules, regulations, and sanitation policies in an effort to reduce accidents, injuries, and equipment damage.
• • Uses equipment horns when driving out of storage areas into unobstructed view areas, and when entering walk-ways or row intersections in an effort to reduce accidents, injuries, and equipment damage.
• Plugs batteries into power outlet when not in use to ensure the availability of fully operational equipment.

GoFresh is a third-generation family owned and produce wholesale and distribution company operating out of Tulsa and Oklahoma City. We are passionate about providing fresh produce to restaurants, schools, retailers, and dining facilities across Oklahoma and Arkansas. We are looking for a qualified and ambitious Night Shipping Supervisor to join our Tulsa operation.

Night Shipping Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervising order selecting, checking product quality, and loading outbound trucks.
• Ensuring orders ship on time.
• Communicating issues and shorts to the sales team and purchasing team.
• Overseeing other nighttime functions in place of the Operations Manager, such as receiving and replenishment, when needed.
• Working on short- and long-term projects to improve our shipping processes.
• Receiving and restocking returns.  
• Participating in a daily handoff between day shift and night shift.
